Shipping
Introduction
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions shipping of goods by K9centre.
DELIVERY COSTS :
We normally use Royal Mail for UK orders. Usually this takes 2-3 working days to arrive with you (after we have posted your order). Once goods are posted by us, any delays will be outwith our control. If any delay occurs (beyond 5 working days after you have been informed that your order has been shipped), please contact us by email.
We will then check that you have given us the correct delivery address (as defined on the Royal Mail website). We cannot be held responsible for any lost order if you have given us the wrong address.
If the address is correct, we will then ask you to check whether
- the order may have been taken in by neighbour / flatmate / family member or anyone else who has forgotten to tell you
- the order may have been left in a "safe" place (such as a porch / shed or garage)
- the order is still at your local Post Office / Royal Mail collection depot
Current rate for standard UK Royal Mail post is stated clearly before you commit to purchase for all orders. Some heavier products may incur a postage surcharge. Most purchases will be sent standard Royal Mail post. Thornit (Sales) Ltd reserve the right to send some multiple items and / or heavier orders by second class postage.
Any International order charges will be clearly shown clearly before you commit to purchase for all orders.
We will endeavour to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 7 - 14 working days. If there is likely to be a substantial delay we will keep you informed.
INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTIONS:
Note that some countries do not allow the importation of certain items within our range of products. Please check the regulations for your country before ordering as we cannot be held responsible for the confiscation of goods by Customs in your country.
There may be restrictions in the number of items / weight of order that Non-UK customers can buy at once. This tends to be due to customs restrictions. If your order goes over the limit set for standard shipping, you will be charged for International Tracked and Signed For.
CURRENCY:
All purchases are shown and made in GB Pounds - if you are an international customer your payment company will calculate exchange rates and any surcharges.
All prices shown in GB Pounds and include VAT (at the current UK rate). Charges from credit cards will be taken in GB pounds, your credit card company (or PayPal) may use a different exchange rate (if using a non-UK credit / debit card).
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Thornit (Sales) Ltd will endeavour to despatch your order within 7-14 working days. Some of our specialist products and gift items are imported from USA and Canada. In some instances, this may mean that delivery could take slightly longer to despatch.
DELAYED ORDERS:
Thornit (Sales) Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any delays once goods have been posted with the Royal Mail or other courier. If your item is not in stock, we will keep you informed about this delay. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In addition we will email you before despatch.
CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY:
Your order is placed using AES-256 encryption on secure server by Strip. No credit/debit card numbers are stored by Thornit (Sales) Ltd.
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee the quality of our products. We cannot guarantee that a specific remedy will necessarily work with your dog as all dogs are individual and have different needs. THORNIT EAR POWDER is designed to dry up and make easier the removal of canker in the ear caused by ear mites. A side effect is that any ear mites present are eradicated.
RETURNS:
Thornit (Sales) Ltd cannot accept the return of any opened remedies. We will only accept returned goods in their unopened condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days. Cost of postage of returned goods will be borne by the purchaser. Wrong orders or faulty goods in stock will be replaced as soon as possible. Non-faulty goods may be subject to a charge of acceptance.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Thornit (Sales) Ltd are signatories to the Data Protection Agency and we will not disclose buyers information to any third parties. Thornit (Sales) Ltd keeps track of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store billing / delivery address. Our payment processors, Stripe, use 256 bit encryption of all details. All details are entered in our SSL certificated website as shown by the secure padlock symbol.

Any information, electronic or otherwise, will only be used to send details about the status of your order , our products and services.
